02. Server Rules
While we are an anarchy server, the following rules still apply for network stability:
- No intentional server-lagging activities or machines
- No doxxing or sharing personal information of other players
- No real-world threats or illegal activities
- Respect the server infrastructure and administrators
03. Virtual Goods
Payments made to CrimsonPVP are for virtual goods and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All virtual goods remain the property of CrimsonPVP.
04. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
05. Limitation of Liability
CrimsonPVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
06. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
